It just shows how built different the survivor is from the rest of the humans. The Survivor tames stuff thought to be impossible to tame like The Reapers, the Titans and some of Rockwells creations because they can and will. We arent ordinary humans!

The real question i am asking each time i take a dive on the lore : what happens to Mei Yin and Diana ? They were definitly searching for Arat Prime (Genesis ship) in their last dossiers after they push back King Titan in Extinction. I was hoping we got more info about on Genesis, especially part 2 but nothing !

We know that they succeeded(or one did at least), as Helena reached genesis. What it means for their current state is unknown. But, can be assumed that 8 years have passed for them, possibly 9 depending on how long it took for us to become active in genesis

They're either in cryostasis like the colonists, or they're all dead -- those are the two most likely options. At the end boss before Rockwell Prime, HLN-A mentions how "crews all dead, you're alive and the ships been turned into meat" which suggests the crew all died. But it's hard to say what happened exactly to them beyond the ones who definitely got killed on the surface of Rockwell's garden as shown in this video.

To add on, Rockwell has never had access to the back ring. If they stayed on that ring, they’d have survived everything assuming a natural predator didn’t kill them(Wild animals)
