Customizing the Drive Keypad

I have problem with Emerson unidrive M700. during operation, power went off and when power was restored it stopped working, the error information is ( EEPROM Fail 9) how can I reset it.?

i have a problem with m700 drive. i'm using an ethernet communication and when the drive is starting, the red light is off. the keypad shows "initializing..." and all the buttons on the keypad are not responding. any idea? thank you
