Last night was talking positive affirmations to get Fit as I continue to heal from health issues. I have a purpose, more to accomplish & then I popped on here* serendipty * Fit over 50... Me Will be Fit over 60. 🎉 Thx for more inspiration ladies🎉

Musicwith9lives! I’m a 74 year senior a 30 year retiree from the NYC POLICE Department! When I retired my health fell apart, from CO-VIDEO to a pacemaker, to an amputation of my toe, and Staf infection. Weighing 300lbs, taking 14 different medications insulin 2x a day! I decided and prayed on it , I realized our Ancestors didn’t have a Pharmacy on every corner and lived to see 80-99 and more! After the research Owen myself off of EVERY MEDICATION except 2, my health improved significantly Doctors cannot believe this, it took me a few months to come off of the meds. I now weigh 190lbs. You can do it! With the power of GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE! Stay prayed up!! Pharmacies don’t know us and don’t care about us it’s all about the dollars!
