your way is very effektiv to release trigger Points, but they come back . specially on the shoulder. for this video , could you show us please, how can i release the trigger points on piriformis by myself. thanks a lot.

I got very good efforts with a fascial ball. You can use a Tennisball and sit down slowly while applying gradually more of your body weight. (In bed the pressure is much easier to control). The smaller the ball you want to use, the more punctual and stronger the pressure is. 🌿
