Around the 55min mark, I had to stop the video and look up the OST for this. Now I want to play the game just to hear this music in context. Music in Square's games have always been a favorite of mine.

Dude, if you havent been exposed ro songs from Yoko Taro games, do look up Nier OST and some of Drakengard 3, especially its theme to Ending E. All the songs are amazing, and the song at 55min especially is plot relevant I highly recommend playing the game for yourself, because the mysteries and atmosphere are very unique and you wont ever experience them for the first time ever again

@@FlameHidden Yeah, I did look up the Nier OST. From the last one and this one. Couldn't continue watching BB's stuff either, because I want to experience it firsthand. Don't worry, definitely gonna get more into these.

hell yeah always here for a new playthrough I cant wait, I remember years ago trying to play the neir and drakengard series but automata is the only one I managed to actually beat (a-z) myself, super hype to see what happens and hear that glorious soundtrack

The game never actually says this outright, but in replay you can analyze it. Its not that its snowing in Summer at the start of the game. It ain't snow. Its salt, from the White Chlorination Syndrome

@@devong1838 I would agree with you except.... no real great games have come out this year yet, and may not due to everyone still moving a little slower as things slowly get back to "normal." So we could probalby make an exception for this year.

@@ShyRanger Nah the entertainment industry has barely produced a single original IP across all of games and movies since like 2016 so honoring games that dare not to be re-releases is extremely important.

Its amazing how much the sidequests are improved in Automata. I feel like every sidequest there at least has a punchline if not a n outright twist. The Red Assassin and The Couple one still stick out to me to this day

so fun fact, the first 3 shades you encounter after your first hunting missions dont actually attack. infact even know its more sudally hinted why they dont, by god yokotaro you mad genius screwing with a players perspective that there playing a video game

God you're right. I played the original Nier and have just started the remaster. After everything I now know why they drop old school books and old colouring books. God dammit Yoko Taro
