Bank Nifty mai spot price and future price mai 300 points ka approx difference hai why?

There is not much buying in futures. In such cases It is said that Futures is in discount and indicates weakness. There was one such scenario at the begining of September but later futures was bought and this gap was filled. Lets see what happens this time. I will bet on the down side though
