Ben Habib has been criticising Nigel Farage publicly since he came back as leader. Nigel in contrast has not criticised Ben in any way at all until this interview, but now Ben Habib's constant criticism is starting to cost the party support and that plainly could not be allowed to continue. If we do not support Reform and Nigel Farage what are we left with ?. The worst government in living memory as we have now ?, the Tories, who started the rot, or the irrelevant Lib Dems ?. The nasty, unnecessary and ‘bitchy’ remarks from N.F. have certainly shown us that he has an ugly side! B.H. has never attacked Nigel personally but merely tried to point out concerns which if left unheeded could bite Reform on the bum. Ben treated Nigel's attitude with his usual class tonight on Dan Wootton’s channel by simply smiling, laughing and shrugging it off. I think it was plain to see that Nigel’s ego just couldn’t stand the threat from Ben or the fact that he has far more class and ability.

I had been holding out hope that Ben was being sincere about his concerns, but at this point it does seem more than likely that he putting personality before what is actually good for the party and country. Maybe this wasnt always the case, im sure the back and forth has not exactly warmed relations between Tice/Farage and Ben, but by this point it does seem like his points are frankly getting petty and nit picky to the point he is doing more damage than good. Farage should be by no means happy to lose someone who was and could have continued to have been such a great asset to Reform, I frankly dont find it hard to believe that Farage is originally to blame for mishandling this whole situation after the election. But by now Ben should really have been the better man and sucked it up for the good of the country. Such a waste, I'd have honestly ranked him higher than anyone else in Reform including Farage before this.
