@bereal6590
@bereal6590 Жыл бұрын
What is sinister is when he says the money laundering laws need to be assessed. Now what does that tell you!rich Britain's have 650 billion in offshore accounts, Mr farage alsobrokerules and had an account evading tax, he also claimed expenses as an mep through false pretences. Now whwould he want and why did he want to leave the eu as they were cracking down on tax evasion amd why would be want looser laws on money laundering and fraud in the UK! Why did he appear several times on Russia today, praise putin and state that it was wrong to just sanction Russian oligarchs. Why does he suck up to trump. He set this whole thing up and coutts and the ceo were too stupid to see it, he doesn't care about people in the uk and if trump won he would be off like a shot. He only attended as an mep twice in one year yet he was raking in money. He has no integrity.
@SeekingPleroma
@SeekingPleroma Жыл бұрын
Well said. We saw the same discriminatory behaviour with regard to the unvaxed, and many other groups of people, especially anyone who is not in the pure woke camp. Hopefully, this is just the beginning of true inclusiveness, which by definition must include a diversity of ideas and opinions. I'm from Canada, and the sinister behaviour is rampant in the government class here as well, if not worse than the UK. The government of Canada ordered banks to close accounts of people who donated to legal, peaceful protests. There have been no apologies here, and the government is still belligerent and unrepentant for their despicable behaviour.

Any bank that looks at the social media postings of customers and forms business decisions based on whatever they find is breaching data protection and human rights laws. Even those people who write for media publications have the right to their views and banks should not use this as "evidence" to unbank them. If people are now forced to use banks for all their transactions then we need to have access to our money through the banks. Otherwise let's go back to being paid in cash and being able to pay our utilities through the post offices like we used to. Yes it was less convenient but at least you knew you'd have your hard earned money when you needed it.
