I appreciated the information on how to best team/partner with a DI. Also liked the last bit about convincing a consumer to utilize a DI. Well put!!!

This is a BIG challenge to educate others how to use DI. I have watched it three times and still process the material !!!

I have a question if anyone could please answer. I'm wondering to what degree of accuracy are the words spoken relayed by the interpreter? Where on the continuum from litteral word for word translation, to very rough paraphrasing does it lie?
