Other than Ella, Sarah is perhaps the greatest female jazz vocalist ever. I love Billie Holiday, Betty Carter, and many others, but Ella and Sarah are at the top for sure.

Billie's style is a genre of its own. Totally different than that of Sarah's and Ella's who are both superb but their difference is perhaps one of a degree rather than type - sometimes one tops the other and vice versa, whereas Billie cannot be rated on their - on anyone's - scale and thus she's one of a kind, and the best one at that. Amazing number though.
