lino may seem scary but he's actually a huge softie who adopted 3 cats, sponsors a child in africa, buys most of his jewellery from charities, regularly donates to animal shelters, donates to other charities too, always feeds every stray cat he sees and wears a safety pin earring that symbolises that he supports people regardless of their race, gender, sexuality, disability etc, he also constantly makes sure the members eat plenty and stops them from dieting unhealthily, cheers up jisung if he's ever anxious, looks after his maknaes and is always there for them and chan

And I think SKZ go something and then ‘Stay da!’ And then Lee Know goes ‘i want to eat Beijing duck’ 😭. 14:33 thank you for saying this!! that's exactly one more reason why i love them. i've been noticing this for a long now in the 4th gen and it just doesn't feel lively and free anymore. idols need to be aware of their image and just sit there and look good without interacting (prob bc of dating rumours,actually idk) or moving and then there's straykids who don't care at all. they just live the moment and are not afraid of anything. the atmosphere just isn't so strict anymore bc of people like them. also it's so fun to watch. it's nice to not only see robot-like idols these days.

16:33 I really agree with you, seeing both Lee Know and Felix (but mostly Lee Know) now after knowing the survival show just hits differently. Somehow him still smiling and hugging his members when he got eliminated always crosses my mind when I see him now. Same exact thing with I.N, him saying he always smiles through pain and stuff just so the others wouldn't see him suffering just really made me sad. He doesnt want them to know how hard it was, and given how I.N was the most criticized one in the survival show probably stuck with him a lot. And there's also Bang Chan that felt like he couldn't express his own worries for the sake of the team or him having to support and think about them first instead of himself really feels heavy now. Honestly that survival show did nothing but add them emotional damage and stress.

I started with their survival show and didn't know where they were going so it must be such a different way to view them. Haha, yeah there was some kind of miscommunication and SKZ were seated at the wrong table, but at least they handled it pretty well considering they didn’t know what was happening and had to be as respectful as possible to the singer (I.e avoiding looking up at her so they don’t accidentally look up her skirt whilst she’s standing above them). Whoever pointed them in the direction of the wrong table would have got an earful after that! Honestly I’ve found the groups that have fun and just vibe at award shows are often the ones that succeed and succeed the longest in the industry ( BTS, Seventeen, Super Junior, Shinee etc…) because they obviously don’t give a f about ‘looking proper’. I think it’s also the fact that they are so endearing to the public/fans because they don’t hide their personalities behind the guise of ‘professionalism’. I mean they can still be professional when they need to be but they don’t let it get in the way of them just living as themselves which comes through in their performances.
