Haven't tried this one.....croissants don't get the opportunity to get "stale" in my household.....BUT get the book Nigella express.....mousse with marshmallows is failproof.... and her lamb ragout is great as well.....I have mine with boiled spuds😆😆

Yes, after a really long exhausting day I want to come home and cook a high carb high fat pudding late at night to eat before sleeping so that I can wake up in the morning with a massive sugar headache. I've made quite a lot of the recipes from Nigella Express but don't remember this one. Some of the recipes in that book are quite good, but some of them are just complete car crashes.
