Had an old CSM from my British army days retire in the village where I lived a fishing village he bought himself a boat to fish. First time out he broke down to be rescued by the RNLI unfortunately for him in the bar that night there was a bunch of us all retired humming Captain Pugwash😅

RG this is pure brilliance! I was in stitches all through it. I remember this when it was the children's cartoon back in the 70s but not like this of course! The names of the crew absolutely funny as f**k; Master Bates is the one we all remembered first back then. It's even more funnier hearing the foul language spoken; it's making me laugh even more thinking if this rude version had been shown back then. Listen RG you need to do more of this, give all the old great cartoons the rude touch. Pure genius mate, thanks for making me ache with laughter!!👍😂.

I was just a kid when the original Captain Pugwash was on TV. I used to wonder what my dad found so funny about it as I didn't understand the adult humour. Master Bates going to Roger the Cabin Boy etc went right over my head.
