Nigeria was once a cocoa exporter. Its main export before the discovery of oil was cocoa, and its export generated almost 90% of Nigeria's foreign exchange earnings. This tells the story of a Nigeria cocoa farmer Lawani, who in 1949 is a member of a farmers co-operative that grows, harvest and export cocoa to the rest of the world.
This video was made in an effort by British colonial office to show its critics of colonial effort the "most valuable account" of its achievement in colonial Africa.

this what nnamdi azikwe and his dubious head fellows destroyed , thinking they had the power to rule forever, and destroyed the regional government through the pronouncement of aguiyi ironsi. till today, we live to witness the stupidity of that greed for power. who dares trust such humans? we should never had been in same country

This is proper use of african labor to do something good. But they wouldn't do it on their own. Colonial africa showed them first. Today it's gone.
