lol... actually Aljazeera publishes some productive news about Nigeria (the continent)... Nigeria's tech scene, fashion etc. and serious discussions about politics and economy. So dem dey try sha. The useless publication is BBC. Completely unserious people over there. DW is also one nonsense outlet. Anyway, Channels and Arise News will soon eclipse all of these outlets for external broadcasts, at least as concerns Nigeria and Africa.

@@austeenonwusa8524 Yes there’s global recession. But on what scale comparatively? In Nigeria it’s worse, far worse than most countries of the world and the reason is because it’s man made, a deliberate useless government policies implemented by an inept government. Floatation of the naira, the knee jerk subsidy removal, inability to get any of the refineries up and running, an inexplicable amount of government departments. Don’t even get me started. Our current hardship is brought upon by a clueless government and until a free and fair elections are held to bring in the right people we will continue on this downward spiral and hiding under the guise of a global recession will no longer be tenable.

I dont know why foreign media cannot simply just cover something good in Africa without mentioning thier challenges or struggles. Its so irritating . Its like covering times square new years eve droo ball and tben ending with they are celebrating new years wve despit the homelessness and opiod epidemic. Why cant you giys just ge off Africa's case with the NEGATIVITY???

Of course your still going to celebrate your culture at the end of the day but people are still starving in these streets. Lets not forget about that during these troubling times. We are plagued with poverty and famine globally. Nobody should be without sustenance and necessities.
