This man HSD is a good for nothing criminal. He served as Governor to serve himself and his cronies. He used the State's resources to build a University in his village and right next to this University, he used State funds to build another University for himself! Then he deliberately underfunded the State University called Niger Delta University (NDU). Many people lost their lives when HSD was Governor using a notorious police outfit called 'Famutanbein' HSD & his cronies looted Bayelsa State funds like 'no man's business' HSD is now a SENATOR doing absolutely nothing for his constituents and lining his pockets with his fellow crooked Senators in the NASS!!!
