Hello we in Sri Lanka,we don't have official here again,we don't have nin office two

We need to renew a passport we don't have anion official side difficult for us to renew a passport here sum of first passport is getting expired and we have family here what can we do please tell Nigeria governments they said we have to get an end before we continue our passports there is no anion in this country so what can we do is a big problem for we all here
