Am Nigerian living in Lagos. Everything you said about the culture is true. Regarding, I don't/have never use(d) Tinder. However, I know alot of friends that use it and for them, it's a place for hook ups and short-term sexual relationships. So your advise to stay off Tinder is legit, especially if you don't vibe with that kind of relationship style. However, like you confirmed, That's not say some meaningful relationship have not emerged from Tinder... Las las, you experienced Lagos to the core. They suppose give you citizenship for here💕
