✪Pls brother or sisters before commenting you must understand. ➤Many ppl is saying he didn't say Bismillah before Sura Fatiha. Its because he cutted the video and started from the Verse. ➤Also some ppls is saying that he didn't say Bismillah before Reciting another Sura. You have to notice his mouth he surely sajd Bismillah but in low voice. ➤Some opinions are it is Madhab varities. I meant that some Imam says Bismillah loud and some Imam says it in lower voice. Like in our country most of the Imam doesn't say Bismillah loud. *★SO please before commenting must see the video properly and must have Knowledge about the matter you are talking about.*

Since Taraweeh is a nafl salat, majority of the ulama have said it is allowed to hold the mushaf (phone in this case) to follow along or correct the Imam if need be

My brother He isn't using his phone for personal reasons. He's standing behind the imam with the Quran app open on his mobile. He’s scrolling through it so that he can provide corrections (luqma) if the imam makes any mistakes during the recitation. please don't pass the judgment without knowing the context. May Allah knows the best
