For the first time yesterday after listening to your lecture on fadhilat of prayer I realized I just recite my namaz like a parrot Decided to go slow and understand what I am reciting Thanks for your inspiring explanation Also to Google and see the translation of various suras and Duas that we recite daily without actually knowing what we are asking for reciting Mashallah every time I listen to your lecture a new door opens . for me I wish you should have recorded the question answer section too Well may Allah increase your ilm and bless you with good health and protect you from the envious people Ameen

"amma yujeeb-ul muz-tarra iza da'ao wa yakshey fuuss soo "Is not He, Who responds to the distressed one, when he calls Him, and Who removes the evil" (27:62)

Prostration when praying is the action of ultimate surrender to Allah's will, feeling helplessness and true vulnerability to which we supplicate: " أستَغفِرُ اللهَ الَّذي لا إلهَ إلاّ هُوَ الحَيُّ القَيّومُ الرَّحمنُ الرَّحيمُ ذو الجَلالِ وَالإكرامِ، وَأسألُهُ أن يَتوبَ عَلَيَّ تَوبَةَ عَبدٍ ذَليلٍ خاضِعٍ فَقيرٍ بائِسٍ مِسكينٍ مُستَكينٍ مُستَجيرٍ، لا يملك لِنَفسِهِ نَفعاً وَلا ضَرّاً وَلا مَوتاً وَلا حياةً وَلا نُشوراً."

Allah gave the ladies a certain time where they get a break ,because during their period ,ladies “some “get pain and discomfort , their hormones are all over the place only Allah knows what ladies go through mentally and physically during this period , they have to cook and clean and look after everyone in the house and on top of all she is not tahir , that’s why a lady can’t perform salat during this time .
