I so admire buskers. I come from a family of very talented musicians, I'm just the one with out it! But I do busk as well accept I do it for the Lord so I do it here and there alone a lot. Living in a town with less than 3000 people in Texas. You definitely have a God given talent. Hope you come to Texas someday if so let us know. Keep doing what you do.

Hi Katie, great video. I wish you so much success! I just started busking and it's been fun so far. I'd like to ask you if you know any buskers who sing but use backing tracks instead of playing guitar. I also play djembe which is visually interesting. But like I said, I use backing tracks with obscure arrangements of covers. Does this mean I'm a fake busker?!

Very nicely done video. Very talented. Don't mean be to predatory but having been playing street music for a living for many years curious about what you meant by a good night? Is there money to be made where you were busking? I know we are all supposed to be groovy (for lack of a better term) but when it comes to having food to eat and a place to live that puts money high on the list of busking priorities.

c marcelin it was made with a cannon T5i! Nothing special :) Cannon makes great DSLRs by most people use Sony Mirrorless cameras now

Ignacio D I think you will have to go for your selfZ Friday’s and weekend dates are packed. It can be very annoying. When I first started playing out there it was great. No one would set up. Now everyone is playing ok top of each other and the DJ who’s name I will not mention kicks everyone out of that main area. It’s probably my fault making this video 😂 now everyone is setting up here.

Aww that’s a shame! Lots of people really love my voice and emotion I put into it. Not sure if you know this but I’ve sung at 300 seat concert halls including the Orpheum theater and at international festivals with over 10,000 people. The audiences at these events really loved me. I’m not Lady Gaga or 4 Non blonds nor do I need to win an audience over. I need to be me. Just a little pointer from a seasoned musician to another: it’s really not cool to give other artists unsolicited advice, especially females. Also check your spelling. The correct way to spell “you’re” is with an e. “Your” is possessive. And no, I will not be seeing you in Burbank.
