May I pose a question? I'm familiar with creating hyperlapses, but I'm intrigued by the effect where the cars' lights appear as streaks, making the vehicles less distinct. How did you achieve that particular visual effect?

Increase the exposure time on your camera, longer the exposure, longer the streaks. Try it, and let me know. Though I am not Camera Pro.
