If correctly adjusted ORVM should not hurt your eyes at night. There is a correct way to adjust the ORVM with just adequate overlap with Inside rear view mirror. If done correctly, there should be no issue at night.

Not sure what's with us..why we can't adapt to changes that easily.. I wonder when Computers were trending in 90's, then few orthodox like you might be giving lectures on Typewriters ... ki Computer pe typing to aati hai .bahut acha..real expet tab banaoge jab Typewriter pe type karoge... what bullshit When the world has moved to Automatic, the person has made his decision to ride automatic, why people poking around ! Future is of Automatic cars only, they are equally reliable now. And when someone is making a deal, he/she have think through all these aspect and then bought the car.. So let them do whatever they want to !! and come on, what do you mean pakka ho jayega.. Plaster ka kaam nahi chal rha hai yaha Gear nahi hai Clutch nahi hai, ulta isme zyada easily expert banega... Be in your league, do little and be an expert into that.... Think Smart, Work Smart ! Automation is the Present, Automation is the Future.
