I love how she just puts a big spoonful of crepe mix onto the griddle and then spins it around with that blade. Looks so easy but I bet it takes a lot of practise. A very enjoyable walk with you Martin. Many thanks

my typical buys from street markets will be nam kow , boat noodles, squids on a stick, chicken intestines/livers on a stick, the sausages on a stick (they gotta be really good though cause i'm picky and certain my cousin makes the best homemade ones), ham hocks (not too many people like to cook it in my area). but i intend to try everything when i get there. what do you usually end up eating at these markets Martin?

I highly recommend this market! My girlfriend is from Rayong province, so I spent a lot of time here. Amazing food and friendly people. I stayed in Star 3 Residence which is right next to this market. I highly recommend this hotel.
