I actually prefer this version over the original. It felt more fleshed out and Barbara wasn't a whiney mess the whole time. Also, Tony Todd. Come on, man. 👏

The biggest thing they did was make the main character more capable of protecting herself. And I loved the ending in this compared to the first. And we cant forget the make up. Incredible stuff. I think this version is completely justified.

This is a really good remake. I have been trying to find it on digital for a couole years but never any luck, i can only ever find the OG version.. i havent looked for a while. But this is worth it. The ending is a better ending for sure.

Another awesome episode/video, Mr. Beard. Have you seen the following horror films: The Sadness and The Empty Man. As for Ben turning into a zombie, he died from his gunshot wound if I remember correctly. He bled out in the basement. Lastly, Zack's remake of Dawn was a FUN movie.

The Sadness was a real gem but I cannot understand the love for the Empty Man which was genuinely one of the most flaccid horror experiences ever. Once that opening scene has come to a close the entire thing is an aimless snore fest.
