I can feel the quality and heart you’ve put into this recap. It is very impressive, what’s more! The fact you end sentences where you’re supposed to, the fact that you use slightly different voices and vocabulary depending on who is speaking. This is a rare case where I do feel you’ve overworked yourself. I feel I would enjoy this recap more if you described situations less descriptive. Maybe instead of: he the man stopped his cape swinging in the air, then tilted his head slightly and answered. Shorten it to: the man stopped and answered. With this the whole sentence is more digestible and makes it so if you are an audio only listener like me, you can create an image of how it would look in your imagination. Tldr describe things like scenery, air temperature, hair color and clothing less and leave it up to the viewer to either see in the art it self or for the listener to imagine. Else there’s no point in listening to a recap to begin with. Also please stop describing hair and scenery if it isn’t necessary for the plot. That is to say don’t say: he looked over the snow mountains which from his perspective was rather beautiful, and just say something like: whilst looking away (insert name here) said that war is coming. {example} Also please just say the characters names once or twice and “one of the knights replied” as there is no reason to overcomplicate a simple conversation. Just a humble opinion, but is this a recap? It feels more like a "turn manhwa into novel" than a "recap". Too much details for each scene tbh. Still, appreciate your effort to make this vid. 😉

​@@ReaperRecaps-m5q Hmmm, how should I say this... I would suggest to lessen then environment description into shorter sentence and focus more on plot and dialog. For example for the first minute "The frontier, a forsaken land where the exiled are cast away far from the comfort of civilization. Towering mountains surround the barren expanse...". You can shorten it by throw away word like "where the exiled are cast away far from the comfort of civilization". And let us know that "Frontier is a barren land and people are in fear of starvation. But abandoning the land is an act of defiance..." So it shorten the whole sentence. Focus more on what is happening to the characters. If you do so the video might shorten to 1 and a half hour instead of a 2 hours video. A recap means the summary of a story. Especially we have the video/image of the manhwa so we don't need too much detail/description of every single thing (Unless for people who're just listening instead of watching the whole thing which is more like reading the novel). I usually watch recap in 2X speed because I just want to know what is the story about/ main plot of the story. And most of the recaps did the same thing which make a RECAP into NOVEL READING which is a bit frustrating for me. At the end of the day, recap is about your understanding of the story and how you present it in a simpler way to tell the story (everyone have a different focus in the story btw). I wouldn't say what you did is wrong because some other viewers might like how it is the way you put in vids. That is just all my personal opinion. English is not my main language btw... and this the the first time I write such long comment in YT... 😅 Well, all the best to you and your future vids!!❤
