I've been watching now this video. I think during mayor isko moreno time this sidewalk vendor has been out especially in devisoria and morionis st. to.minimize traffic in this area.

Divisoria is a commercial center in Manila, a favorite shopping destination for both locals and tourist. you can find almost anything you want or need and the prices are cheaper and you can make it more cheaper. it depends on how you can convince the seller. also the transportation for people both going to work/school and people going home is there. so that's why it is a really Busy Place. actually the volume of people that you can see already decreased a lot compared to previous years especially if its Ber Month.
