How’s the maintenance on this car. I know at Vw there’s a maintenance plan for cars that are old for example my polo vivo 2018. That you pay yearly

What year model is this? I've heard they toned down the dsg fart sound on the later models 2020 onwards i believe and some earlier models(2018-2019) even lost the the dsg shift sound after going for a service and receiving an "update"...do you know anything about this?

Thanks mate ✌🏾 That OPF is the worst!! Takes away so much of the sound☹️ Are you doing software to code out the OPF sensors or using deleters?

@georgemarson2885 They are basically a plug that bridges the OPF sensors and tricks the ECU into thinking its still there. Then you won't have a check engine light. I'm not sure if it's available for the Polo GTI, but I know it is for a lot of BMW M cars but quite expensive. The only alternative would be to code the sensors out of the software. Basically, an ECU remap, but that might compromise your warranty.😖

Nah 😅 I will probably never sell this car! unless it's a Mk8 to replace it. Sadly, I'm just too busy with work so much that I don't even get to drive my cars as much let alone make content. ✌🏾
