When we put God above everything, He will bless your life. Now, imagine, my dear brothers and sisters, that you are climbing a mountain. The top is covered in mist, and the path is steep and rocky. You are carrying a heavy backpack with things you think are necessary-your job, your relationships, your worries, and your dreams, your projects. As you climb, the weight becomes unbearable and the fatigue is immense. You feel that you cannot continue, but then you see a sign that says, "Leave your burdens and trust in God." You hesitate but decide to trust the warning. As you leave your burdens, you feel lighter, and the path becomes clearer. This is what it means to put God above everything.
If you believe that God can make a difference in your lives today, let's unite in faith. I will pray fervently with you in the powerful name of Jesus, so watch until the end and open your hearts to receive the blessings of this prayer. My brothers and sisters, when we prioritize God in our lives, everything else falls into place. It's not that our challenges disappear, but our perspective changes. Jesus said in Matthew 6:33 to seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. When we seek God first, He guides us through our difficulties, giving us strength and wisdom.
The story of Hannah in 1 Samuel 1 shows us this. Hannah was deeply anguished because she had no children. She wept and prayed fervently to the Lord, making a vow that if He gave her a son, she would dedicate him to the Lord all the days of his life. Despite her pain, she put God above her deepest desires, and God answered her prayer by giving her a son, Samuel, who would become a great prophet. Hannah's story shows us the power of putting God first, even in our deepest sorrow.
Another powerful example is the story of Daniel in the Lion's Den. Daniel was thrown into the den because he refused to stop praying to God, despite a royal decree that no one should pray to any god except the king. Daniel put God above his own life, trusting in God's protection. In Daniel 6:22-23, we read how God sent an angel to shut the lions' mouths, and Daniel came out unharmed. Daniel's unwavering faith and his priority on God above everything saved him.
The Apostle Paul expressed a similar sentiment in his letter to the Philippians. In Philippians 3:7-8, he said, "But whatever were gains to me I now consider loss for the sake of Christ. What is more, I consider everything a loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them garbage, that I may gain Christ." Paul understood that nothing in this world compares to the value of knowing Christ. He was willing to give up everything for his relationship with Jesus.
Our world today is full of distractions and demands that compete for our attention and loyalty. Often, we find ourselves prioritizing work, relationships, or personal ambitions above our relationship with God. But let us remember the words of Proverbs 3:5-6: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your path straight." Trusting God above all means acknowledging Him in all aspects of our lives and letting Him guide our decisions and actions.
The story of Abraham is another testimony of the power of putting God first. God tested Abraham by asking him to sacrifice his son Isaac, the son of the promise. In Genesis 22:12, after Abraham showed his willingness to obey, the angel of the Lord said, "Do not lay a hand on the boy; do not do anything to him. Now I know that you fear God, because you have not withheld from me your son, your only son." Abraham's willingness to put God above his own son showed his complete trust in God's plan.
As we reflect on these stories, let's ask ourselves: Are we willing to put God above everything in our lives? Are we ready to trust our burdens to Him and let Him guide us? When we do this, we find that He provides for us in ways we could never imagine. As Psalm 37:4 says, "Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart." When our delight is in the Lord, He aligns our desires with His will, and we experience true fulfillment.

I also ask him to. order my steps for the day and to give me divine protection throughout the day too give me the full complete armor of the Lord, the helmet of salvation, the breast piece of righteousness, the footwear of peace and the gospel, the shield of faithfulness, the belt of truth, and the sword of the active and living Word of the Lord the Holy Spirit then I thank the Lord for giving me a new day at this life , and ask him to watch over all my children and my entire family friends and all the people that are in need of healing help then I listen to prayers all my morning. Prayers then I read the Bible. I’m in psalms 112 then I read the Lord is my shepherd seven times then I read Mark cause I already finished Matthew. Then I say my prayers directly to the Lord and read prayers from my prayer book and then I say our Father, Hail Mary, , and the Act of contrition, then I start my day sending prayers to friends and then I turn on the TV and eat breakfast so I am heavily devoted to God and at night I say all my night prayers that I read and then I listen to all my night prayers, and then I say my prayers directly to the Lord, and then say our father Hail Mary and the act of contrition and that’s how my day, after I asked for Divine protection, the full complete armor of the Lord and the angels to go to all of my children’s homes and my entire family friends and anyone in need.
