How's the suspension comfort in bad roads?? Is it stiff?

It's on the stiffer side. Hence it's a sports bike therefore the suspension was given a stiffer edge. Stiff suspension provides great balance, helps the bike maintain a straight line on the road which enhances the overall ride quality.

How's the sound in real life using the stock exhaust? Is it good enough and can it be compared to higher models?

I don't understand what you mean by higher models, if its like higher models of gsxr itself then all other higher cc bikes of Suzuki are two cylinder and upward so they will sound better than a single. But trust me when I say this, SF 250 is a very sweet sounding bike especially in the higher revs. People will turn around with curiosity, when you zoom past them.

How u did engine braking 0:40 . Gixxer doesn't has slipper clutch. Will it affect the engine or clutch plate. Please explain

Yes Gixxer doesn't have a slipper clutch but if you blip the throttle right before you downshift along with a slit pull of the clutch it rev matches, giving you engine braking. It's pretty easy, you'll have to practise it a few times and you'll get it. Although I do recommend you to learn it on a small cc bike.

Except absence of liquid cooled engine and disgusting issue of acute spares parts availability, its a good bike. But I suggest go for ns400 instead

You don't know what you are talking about. Ns400 is nowhere near this machine. It is based on motogp technology.
