one question why delete PLANET GEM SOFTWARE file?

because i did everything and it worked fine, raced a member and close the game then i restored PLANET GEM SOFTWARE file back and turned the game back on which led to my entire game , car modifications refreshed(basically was remained with just the car i bought) which looked like i never played the game at all so will i still have my car modifications(the game saved) if i keep the file deleted when i close the game? and is there any possible chances to get banned or any other issues? And will there be any issue if i choose to keep the files and do the money glitch?

Maybe listen? he deleted the file to start with a brand new save file so you would know he didn't fool you.
