I'm watching it again because most of Chilla's games have a lot of meaning behind, but I have no ideia what the dolls mean, I know that the game talks about bullying and abuse in the workplace, but I can't understand the dolls, also that creepy cleaning lady just wtf? Hahaha

The dolls could symbolise people at the work place always staring at the night guard due to the craziness of the woman in red spreading lies and being in general a crazy bitch which made them talk behind his back etc.

From what I could gather from other comments was that the MC was stuck in a nightmarish loop, he had supposedly had an affair with the red-clothed lady, but abandoned her for his family and now she's pissed and takes it out on him.
