Wrongly massaging can causes wrinkles, be very soft n no need so many capsules, only few drops is sufficient.

Pls use only coconut oil before sleeping after washing with normal water it will be no side effects and make brightly skin in morning it's my experience.

It is better to mix two capsules in your rose water ..rather putting the direct capsule on your skin..it is always good to dilute it
