I hope Reese is so proud of herself for continuing to show up and give 100% regardless of the turnout! Mental blocks are so so frustrating. I grew up figure skating but developed a mental block after getting injured doing a jump. I could ALWAYS do it on the harness & off ice and in sections but as soon as I tried to put it all together my brain and body refused to agree. I struggled with this for over a year and it ultimately led to me quitting the sport as I could not progress anymore without this jump. I regret letting that jump make me hate the sport I once loved. I regret letting it get the best of me. I regret quitting everyday. I'm in your corner Reese! Praying for you and rooting you on, don't let this get the best of you, you got this!!

This actually made me tear up. What a sweet comment and great reminder to keep going. I am so sorry that you had a mental block. They are definitely not fun and she has been super frustrated, but is really striving hard to work through it. We are also rooting for her thank you again so much for your comment. ❤️

Show Reese please- Reese your tumbling is amazing!! I’ve struggled with tumbling mental blocks as a gymnast and i know there hard. You got this and you have so many people who believe in you! Reese is super inspirational because, like her, I have been struggling with mental blocks in cheer. I know how hard it is to throw certain passes, and I hope gets over them soon. If anyone knows any tips to help with these mental blocks as well, please let me know, i really want to become a better cheerleader!!
