Thanks for the walkabout posty. If you ever see a bigfoot you'll be squealing like you did with the beaver close encounter. 😊. Cheers!

The weather you got last year and (so far) this year, rain wise, is what our normal winter and spring should be like. It usually rains almost every day from November into May, with a lot of big storms. This was our second winter that had stretches of sunny days in it; and we had one unusual cold spell where the wind chills went to the minus numbers. That almost never happens here. I don’t mind the sun at all, but I am concerned about having another prolonged dry summer. Thanks for the nighttime walk. I might actually be able to sleep now. 🙂

At 10:50 that could be a Bigfoot tree knockdown. 😊🦍
@mantailuaa5 ай бұрын
You should trim away some of those small new trees so that they will grow strong and healthy. Too many side by side and they will grow weak and flimsy. The blowout you had was very beneficial to your forest which was a pit too cramped. Now those big trees have space for their braches. That moss looks beautiful. Did your mannequin survive the winter or did I just missed it?

Skunks digging holes in your yard means you have white grubs eating the roots of your grass. I know you won't use pesticides cut nematodes could fix that and make a video if it works. Thanks for the walk and talk.

So good that your land is very damp and most likely won't have any fires this year, Post. In BC Canada they have 6 prescribed ( Aboriginal controlled burn projects) along with the BC governments regulations, and also have an app for updates and information. Well done Ms. and MR. Post. Thanks for the walkabout.

@DubhghlasMacDubhghlas5 ай бұрын
With that super tall bird house, the only issue I thought might be actual thing is due to the low water table and not really having it anchored well in the ground and some high winds blows it over.
@ducewags5 ай бұрын
@DubhghlasMacDubhghlas High water table, not low.

You are lucky to have hi watertable, i live in a very dry inland area, wildlife is very sparce. Time for a tree fort up / hunting blind up in your canopy? What a trip that would be to camp 👍

Do you think logging roads (particularly in an off season with little traffic) would attract a bigfoot for the lack of humans? Keep doing night time logging vlogs brother, we could see a moose.....or a bigfoot some day...never know!
