NB you should do singed jungle with phase rush, ghost, rush fasted ashes, then go hextech protobelt, recall boots, into liandrys, dead man's plate, blackfire torch and then cosmic drive. It's a really fun build and with predator gone the dash from protobelt helps singed get ganks off!

imo as last item for your build you may try guinso if is available. Because it rocks hard, and also should trigger Navori passive each second passive which also mean faster CD on alpha strike, and also synergies with Yi passive resulting in more than 4+ on-hit effects per second. With bork only is like 36% of target current HP per second (So, may melt down a 0 armor tank within 3.5-4 seconds with this effect only). Reality is ofc dissapointing, but for sure guinso is a must have on Yi same as Kraken and Bork.

Totally understand the 12:30 wait they should have let them push exspecialy low hp with karthas ult threat. Back then you could've go the hybrid crit/attack speed + movement speed route with even a little bit of lethality but now they've gutted most crit/attack speed items so now you're forced to play one or the other. I understand why they did it but as a whole attack damage carries (not just the laning position) feels weak. Feels like a tank meta since they've made everything revolve around bleeding and burning.

22:17 mixing the tiniest bit of defense into your offense build and vice versa gives you a higher potential dps just from the safety of being able to tank 2-3x more hits (if you die in 1, you now die in 2-3. If you die in 10, you now die in 20-30). A full offense build grants a risky 1.6x upgrade but if you go for 1.5x dmg then you save the space for an item that can provide you 2x defense semi-passively (spellshields) or up to 2.5x situationally.
