Harbaugh instilled a culture of "the team, the team, the team", he played under Bo at Michigan where that motto was more than just a motto, this team plays for each other and is not ALL about the team, it's ONLY about the team, hard work and player development still means something. the coaching staff failed the team. So you guys ask “Who will you get to replace him” it’s pretty simple! 1. Call Mike Vrabel 2. Call Luke Fickle! I understand Luke has had his problems with Wisconsin this year, but he is trying to rebuild a whole program, if he took over a team like Ohio State, where he doesn’t have to rebuild anything he could do miracles there and being in Ohio would not lose Michigan! And look what Mike Fabel did with the Tennessee Titans! And if neither one of those guys wanted the job, I’d say your third phone call would be to Marcus Freeman!

Hmm...ok. So, a top ranked juggernaut team lost to an unranked team with their 3rd different starting QB this season...at home...again...which is on Ryan Day, and then his players run out to midfield and immediately start throwing punches (I've watched several videos that clearly show this,) and that also is on Ryan Day. If this "so called Coach" isn't fired no later than after the end of the season I will be surprised. If OSU somehow manages to win it all, even that may not keep him his job because his players throwing punches...over a flag...shows a lack of leadership that should not be tolerated. Parents send their kids to OSU expecting them to win games, not to throw punches.
