This is cap. The fact that you reached that hard let's me know you ain't really watch Romo during his peak. It wasn't his fault Jerry couldn't put a defense together all those years he was actually good. You put Romo on a team that has an owner that gets the F out the way, he wins at least 1 SB. JJ on the other hand is a role player. Always has been, he's not trash, but he ain't as great as he presents himself to be.

@@judohunter1 he wasn’t thrown under the bus. Their are videos on KZbin with audio of Ham not knowing what he was doing. Even AD said during the playoffs that the team didn’t know what they were doing. Ham is probably best as an assistant coach. Head coach is too much for him. Especially in LA.

JJ has played for Coach K, Stan Van Gundy, Doc Rivers & Rick Carlisle, all highly respected NBA coaches. He was a high level role player and obviously understands the game at a high level. Bron, AD and the team would respect him if he knows what he's talking about. Darvin Ham is an effort guy and that is great for lower level basketball or a young up in coming team but in the NBA, coaching deficiencies get exploited especially in the playoffs. If AD approves, then you make that move. Also, just because someone has prior coaching experience doesn't necessarily mean they are the right coach and have the right demeanor to coach a high profile team like the Lakers. Winning the press conferences and post games are equally as important with the Lakers.
