None Of your business Weiss is the radioman, blake is the driver, yang is the loader. Ruby would probably opperate the gun in this case, since shes the comander, she would take over the gun if and when the gunner died. The berret is just a normal berret, the collour lining indicates what branch a soldier is in, in this case red, which is Panzer and Panzergrennader regiments
