This song was in Swedish Euro-vision Song Contest as one of the participants for the finale. It is written for the singers brother, who had died a time before and this is the feelings he felt and still feel when thinking about his brother. So it has a very deep meaning, more than you may think. This is his heart ache in song, his way to deal with his loss.
