Well that is how you describe anime. We think (and most of us agree) that anime is only made in japan. But in japan they say that anime is just a style and has nothing to do with were it is made. So i still think RWBY is anime

No. In Japan every piece of animation is considered anime. So yeah, RWBY is an anime. And so is Tom and Jerry.

Personally, I believe that animation from Japan is automatically anime, but if a show from another country is exceptionally good and "anime-like" then the show is sort of an honorary anime. But everyone has their own personal definition.

Salem is the one who wants to crush all of man- and Faunus-kind (and Ozpin in particular), despite admitting they're all pretty awesome. This song is essentially a reiteration of Salem's monologue at the end of Volume 3. Cinder just likes playing inFAMOUS for Evil Karma, essentially. She just wants to be powerful and lord it over others.

It's actually Salem's theme because the lyrics contain Salem mocking and taunting Ozpin to send his armies no matter how hard he tried he will just fail. Only to find out that she is unstoppable.
