If you were to talk to me, I would never call your feelings a burden, no matter who it is and no matter what their problems are, I'll help them as much as I can. Your feelings aren't a burden, whoever tells you that they are, that person is a bully. And yes there are people who have their own problems as well but some of those people would drop everything that they're doing just to help, I'm one of those people. I go through depression and anxiety and all of that but I ignore my pain and I put everyone else first, even my enemies
