***** They also did Magi and Hikariful, the endings for Madoka Magica and its second movie respectively . Kalafina is typically associated with anime containing darker undertones. Their composer, Yuki Kajiura also does anime soundtracks and composed for Madoka Magica, Fate/Zero and Sword Art Online among others. It's some of my favorite anime music.

***** Well in this case it actually makes sense, as it's the entire song and not the tv sized version. It's when they go after people for uploading the tv sized version that I roll my eyes. If someone is going to get the whole song, the tv sized version isn't going to keep them from doing that because they want the whole song. Likewise, If the tv sized version is enough for them they weren't going to buy it in the first place. In the case of this vid though, if someone wants the whole song they can just download it here for free.

Fate/Zero was Amazing! But Stay Night has something special. I had shivers when i watched it. This anime have better climate than Fate/Zero in my opinion ofc

Did the VN use that abbreviated version of the Unlimited Blade Works chant up to this point, or did they decide to cut it for some unholy, monstrous reason? Walter Domke I agree with Anime is Life. Zero was my first introduction to Nasuverse, then I watched UBW. No regrets. F/Z might be a prequel but it is also a great anime as a stand alone (at least in my opinion) and watching UBW or Fate first spoils you its ending. The only risk in watching Zero first is being annoyed by the very long exposition and dropping after the first episode, like I almost did. Apart from that, I'd recommend to anyone to start with Zero and then move on to UBW.

I think they're both amazing series, but I understand your interpretation of the series so far. Fate/Zero's narration establishes itself from more of a neutral point of view, compared to us observing the war mainly from Shiro's prospective.

Itachi Minich I noticed that, too. The characters outside of Shirou, Saber, Tohsaka, and Archer don't have as much time as they do. I guess because this series is adapted from one route of a visual novel (which I haven't played, so I can't be sure) whereas Zero was based off a light novel. That's my theory. Still, that might change. We are less than halfway through, I estimate.

This series was originaly meant to be played (read) from 3 different routes (This being the *UBW* route). Each master and servant gets a different role in each of the routes, unlike Fate/Zero, which, as said before, had a more neutral point of view. For example: In this route, *The Unlimited Blade Works* route, the main characters are: Shirou, Rin and Archer. The *Fate* route is based on Shirou and Saber, and then finally the *Heaven's Feel* route is based on Shirou and Sakura. Although, they might still change that. Saber seem to have more attention in this adaption, which is nice.

I completed only one route of the original Fate/Stay Night VN. The Fate route is top notch, in terms of the dialogue and the character development of Saber. The development of Shiro and Saber's relationship was gorgeous. This adaptation of Fate/Stay Night is going to have to be incredible to surpass my feelings toward the Fate route. Btw, if anyone hasn't played the visual novel I highly advise doing so.
