this song means a lot to me. I have really bad anxiety and I'm not really good at anything. When my dad started dating my step mom she was really nice. but when they got married i felt ostracized from the family. I constantly felt like I wasn't good enough and in a way she would make that clear. over the summer when I went to visit my dad (because I live with my real mom now) I felt so anxious around her I ended up only eating one meal a day for two weeks since she hung out in the kitchen. I also ended up having to deal with multiple panic attacks by myself. my dad still doesn't know about them. I'm better now since I am with my mom again but at this point I am refusing to visit my dad since it's too stressful.

About a month ago i broke up with my ex boyfriend. He was incredibly verbally abusive and terrified me. I was never good enough. I wasnt allowed to say or do anything unless he permitted it.
