Personally it's my first year in high school, and I didn't get a pretty start of year so it's a bit harder for me to make friends now, but I still try. Just don't make the same mistakes as me : Stressing yourself; Isolating yourself; Not being yourself; Not assuming who you are; Letting others do and say anything to you; Give up when it's getting harder. In fact just *be yourself and enjoy every moment there without worrying, everything is gonna be okay* Come back to this comment section if you need help, I'll be here for you 💕

You sound more optimistic than I was my freshman year. That’s a compliment. Try to stay on top of things. I ended up getting bad grades my freshman year (2.3 gpa or so) and by senior year I turned everything around, worked hard, and ended with a 3. something lol. I know it was at least a 3.3 because I got an academic letter for it

I am so glad I’m out of high school. I made some fantastic memories and some real crappy ones but it’s nice to look back on sometimes. I don’t miss it though. I’m just glad I made it through. Now I’m working, saving for an apartment, and seeking help through a therapist. Life is much better now
