I have a theory about that.If you watched the first season then you know that all the murders and excutions were recorded and the put these recorders in Tvs as serie.They censored the blood and they put the blood with color pinck instead of red for to not show the "viewers" that they didnt die . but they are just simulating and showing the despair .After the season 1 i guess the creators wanted to keep with this joke so they kept with this.I think afetr the season 1 the recording is continuing, showing to the "viewers"-Its my theory ofc :V.
