A story I wrote while listening to this... A woman works for a emperor. She has been working so hard. One day she gets time off on the day of a big festival in town. She goes down and gets a few drinks. She has fun with at her favorite hangout spot once again, getting another drink, and another drink. Eventually she wakes up in a unknown place... She doesn't know where she is. She turns on the light to see a man she doesn't recognize next to her, fast asleep. She leaves without waking him up. Eventually he wakes up and realizes what he had done the previous night. He'd be in so much trouble if anyone knew the truth. He's the emperor's younger brother and only younger by a year. He looks around the room hoping to see the girl again. All he finds is her necklace, a family heirloom she left behind, barely remembering her face. She goes back home and gets ready for the work the emperor tasked her with. She's a knight. She works hard and can't get his face out of her own head. She remembers him so clearly yet he barely remembers her face. Eventually some weeks later she's tasked with taking on demons who have made it into the castle. The emperor tells her to go protect his little brother. She goes and finds him. The demons follow and she strikes at them with her sword. Though suddenly feeling a bit nauseous she misses and strikes again. They corner her with the emperor behind her. She tries so hard to fight them off. She works so hard and can't even hit the demons like she should've been able to. She suddenly drops her sword and falls. The emperor's younger brother behind her grabs the sword and fights the demons off, killing every last one out of anger. After all of this she ends up vomiting. He comes to her side and helps her. He asks her if she's the one who lost the necklace he found. She asks him how he had gotten it and he tells her about the night. Suddenly she looks up at his face and gets one good look at him recognizing him as the one from that night. Suddenly another demon shows up and tried to attack him, the emperor's younger brother. She suddenly screams and grabs the sword to kill it immediately causing blood to go everywhere. She falls once again, feeling worse than before. Why is she protecting him if he's the reason why she's like this? All the demons are gone but nothing would go back to the way it originally was. She's changed from the knight who just served the emperor. Now she's more than that, a expecting mother. If the emperor knew what her and his little brother had done they'd be in so much trouble... After all of this she leaves everything behind. She doesn't want everyone to look at her with shame for what she had done. She packed everything and left the emperor's younger brother a letter saying goodbye.. In the letter to him she wrote... "Dear, Jiro I don't want anyone to look at us with shame for what we had done. If you only knew how hard it is keeping this secret. It's something that I'll live with for the rest of my life. There's no need to look for me. There's no need for you to bring me back. There's no way out of this. I didn't ask for this but it's now too late. This is what happens now." He read the letter and suddenly another demon shows up, looking for her, and ready to kill. The demon king is looking for her because she's a threat to all he had worked for. The demon king tried so hard to end their bloodline and take their place. He's out to get her and she's running because she knows this is all that is left to do now. This is all that has to happen now. She never asked for this... She never wanted this... Now all she wants is to be able to come back to him and live her entire life with him, to be able to raise their child together one day. It's so hard to leave but it's all that's left to do.. She cries, he cries, their hearts fractured from all of this.. She doesn't know what will happen after this... No one does.... Many assume the worst, none of it being true..... Many years later her rage is only growing. She can't ever go back. She's angry. She's upset, sinking further with no way out. She's become twisted and evil from all of this.... Still she says, "Never forget that I didn't ask for this." (Feel free to use this for anything)
