Doesn't anyone realize the main thing screwed up with her hand is the fact that its the WRONG hand on the wrong arm? look at where the thumb is positioned; if you were to turn your palms away from your body each arm would have its palms in a way that the thumbs would point away from the center, unlike this picture her thumb is pointing towards the center.

Take a closer look, it's correct. The shadowing makes it look backwards, but the thumb is certainly on the correct side.

I think what people are confusing as a "pinkie" is actually the thumb. It seems the person drawing the picture drew the thumb disproportionally and way too long and that's why her hand looks weird /flipped. A common mistake if anything when drawing hands.
