I find it hilarious that the people below in the comments come thinking Hetalia is some vampire or witch anime because of this pic and then they actually watch it. XD. Besides, Romania (the guy) only shows up in like three episodes closer to the background. He seems to show up a bit in the manga and official art though. He's also fairly popular with the amazing artists of the fandom. There actually isn't that much bad fanart of him. You can literally look up aph romania and find only one picture mthat can actually be considered as 'bad art'. But great Nightcore video.
