With this version, it feels less like “I’m living the best life, f all you hoes” type vibe, and more like theyre living a life that’s lost any buzz it once had. It was once a life of being on the top, but this version makes it feel as if the singer is just filling something up with all the women, drugs, etc. This version makes it feel like they are now in the dark side of “feeling like a rockstar”, where everything simply becomes empty. And we see a lot of celebrities fall into this sort of hole. I agree with the comment @STAG_ GT made, this version makes the song sound a lot more meaningful; deeper then just popping pills and living ontop of it all
